CoolturArt is an independent curatorial initiative founded by Hungarian curator Beatrix Jakab. The platform aims to create a dialogue between contemporary art, folk traditions and community-based art practices.

CoolturArt works with emerging and underrepresented artists, providing them with professional curatorial support, exhibition opportunities and international visibility. The initiative has a particular focus on projects that build cultural bridges between generations, artistic disciplines and geographical regions.

CoolturArt's curatorial approach is concept-driven and often interdisciplinary, combining visual arts with educational and performative elements. Through its projects, the platform aims to create authentic, elegant and socially sensitive art experiences that engage audiences both locally and internationally.

Who makes it all work

I'm Beatrix Jakab, founder of CoolturArt and a qualified contemporary art curator. I finished my curatorial studies in October 2025 with excellent results at the Skvot International School of Art. I am dedicated to bringing contemporary art closer to people, whether it's event management, networking or developing artistic concepts.

A refined sense of organisation and a deep commitment to art are important in my work. My curatorial approach is both value-preserving and innovative: I aim to provide a space for artists to express themselves and for audiences to experience and be inspired.

For me, CoolturArt is not just a project, it is a mission - a platform that builds bridges between artists and audiences, while presenting the diverse world of contemporary art in an authentic, human way.
